Wednesday 12th September 2007 - Poynton Under 13's Vipers 3-1 Henbury & Broken Cross Under 13's - Stockport Metro League (Division Four)

Another great victory for the vipers against a strong henbury side. vipers had several chances too take the lead in the first half . start of second half vipers again dominated going 2up only for a lapse in the defence too bring henbury back into it. with 5 mins to go james longhorn completed his hat-trick and seal another victory. Sunday 30th September 2007 - Poynton Under 13's Vipers 5-0 Stockport Dynamoes Colts Under 13's - Stockport Metro League (Division Four)

Vipers started the first half playin excellent football going 5 up before half time.second half the colts came back into the game after some of the stars of the first half took a well deserved break.keeper Jamie Lawrence made some good saves keeping his excellent start to the season going after only conceding 1 goal in 6 games.MOTM ANTHONY BROGAN. Sunday 7th October 2007 - Apollo Juniors Under 13's 4-1 Poynton Under 13's Vipers - Stockport Metro League (Division Four)

Poynton started off the game with great spirit missing a couple of good chances,only for apollo to score of a wicked rebound from a vipers clearence .Appllo then scored again going 2 up at half time.vipers again had a few chances at start of second half but again failed too capitalise and apollo then grabbed a 3rd.vipers got a goal back through Elliot fairclough.Apollo then finished the game of making it 4-1 to seal a victory. Sunday 28th October 2007 - Poynton Under 13's Vipers 3-5 Bredbury Falcons U13's - Stockport Metro League (Division Four)

Vipers started the stronger of the 2 teams without testing the keeper. Bredbury then went 1 up 5 mins before half time.Bredbury then went 2 up .Vipers then got back into the game with a penalty converted by Elliot Fairclough .Vipers then got another penalty which was again converted by Elliot Fairclough. Vipers started the game well scoring in the first minute. Then scoringtwo in quick succession making it 3-0 at half time. Poynton tuck the lead in the first half with goals from James Longhorn ,Harvey Moran and Jack Mound half time 3-0 the next half was a good one for both teams with whaley scoring two and poynotn scoring two the final score poynton 5 whaley 2 .

Vipers played there first game in 5 weeks against hale.The vipers only had 10 men due to an injury crisis but all 10 players deserved loads of credit for the extra workrate they had being a man down.Vipers won the game 7-1 with goals from JACK MOUND 3,JAMES LONGHORN 2,MATT SOUTHAM 1,ELLIOT FAIRCLOUGH 1. Sunday 27th January 2008 - Stockport Dynamoes Colts U13s 1-6 Poynton U13's Vipers - Stockport Metro League (Division Four)

Poynton started the game very well scoring in the first 5 mins,first half continued with some good football on a difficult pitch.Poynton went into half time 5 up.Second half poynton a little jaded after only playing 3 games since november and let stockport have more of the ball only for matt southam and matt chapman to stop every attack with some excellent defensive play.final result colts1-vipers6.

Sunday 3rd February 2008 -Poynton U13's Vipers 3-2 Apollo Juniors U13's - Stockport Metro League (Division Four)

The vipers played league leaders in what was a game of 2 halves.Weather played a deciding factor in this game.Poynton won the toss and elected to play with the wind, after a bit of early pressure from apollo poynton settled down and played some good football in difficult conditions going in at the break 3up.2nd half apollo used the conditions to there advantage getting a goal early on.Apollo piled on the pressure and then got a penalty awarded 3-2.poynton defended excellenty for last 15 mins to deny apollo any points. Sunday 10th February 2008 - Bredbury Falcons U13's 3-1 Poynton U13's Vipers - Stockport Metro League (Division Four)

The game started with both team knocking it a round very well. Vipers lost the ball in a very bad place and Bredbury took the ball and scored. Write from the kick Bredbury took the ball of vipers and ran up the pitch but thanks to a great tackle from Matt.Southam Bredbury only got a corner the corner was swung in and was missed Bredbury headed in the sceond. Vipers started to pass the ball around and had a couple of shots. A long ball by Bredbury went over the back four and the winger was in to make it 3-0 to Bredbury. Vipers got a freekick just out from the box a nice shot by Matt.s was saved but came out to Elliot.Fairclough half time Bredbury 3 vipers 1. The next half went very well for vipers as they had most of the ball and should of scored at least 3. The game started slowly but then vipers found the net with Harvey Moran more goals came in the first half .Half time whaley 0 vipers 6 . Vipers needed to win this game to go level with local rivals richmond and finish joint 3rd.
